French Bulldog Sculpture

Description

Here’s a french bulldog sculpture that is sure to capture your heart. This tan frenchie is a fool for love. The sweet pup wears a jester’s cap and sits atop a festive base with a fun swirl pattern. The pup holds in its paw a bright red heart.

I created this colorful sculpture from four different colored clay bodies. The varying earth tones of the clay are beautifully offset by the bright colors of the hat and heart. The sculpture is finished with glazes, stains, and color washes, fired to cone 5. The love-stricken pup stands about 8″ high.
